HighBrow Studios Cancellation,
Booking & Shop policies

 

 

In order for the artists at HighBrow Studios to provide you with the excellent experience we've become known for, our policies are as follows:

  • Before booking, please review ALL links to include client eligibility, FAQ's, pre-care, aftercare, services & pricing, and policies.  PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY.

​

  • If any appointment restrictions apply to you, or if you have previous work done by a different artist, please notify me PRIOR to booking as you may not qualify. Booking without notification will be grounds for forfeiture of your deposit.

​

  • Facetime consultations and/or phone calls are recommended for any pre-appointment questions which answers cannot be found in the published information provided.  Please request if applicable.

​

  • All potential clients over the age of 65 are required to have an in-person consultation prior to booking to ensure they're a candidate to receive PMU at HighBrow Studios.  Please request if applicable.

​

  • Once all questions are answered and you are found to be a good candidate for PMU, you may move forward with the deposit to book and secure your appointment. Once deposit is made, you will receive confirmation.

​

  • Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. All requests for rescheduling must be done so PRIOR TO 48 hours of your scheduled appointment without forfeiting your deposit. 

​

  • Once again, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

​

  • Deposits can be transferred to a new date ONE TIME if 48 hours advanced notice was given, if not, you will be required to secure a new deposit in order to book a new appointment.

​

  • At this point in time, Highbrow Studios does not require a deposit for touch-ups.  If you do not provide 48 hours advanced notice when cancelling a touchup, you will be required to pay a $50 re-scheduling fee when setting your new appointment.

​

  • Do not submit your deposit until you have read all links, to include client eligibility, FAQ's, pre-care, aftercare, services & pricing, and policies BEFORE you book, etc., and are clear and understanding of all available information related to your appointment. Submission of your deposit signifies your agreement of these terms.

​

  • If you NO-CALL/NO-SHOW your appointment, you will be required to pay the full price of service + a $50 re-scheduling in full at time of booking your new appointment.

​

  • You must bring a valid state issued ID, driver's license, or passport with you to be scanned as proof you are 18+.

​

  • No food or drinks are allowed in the workspace.

​

  • Please, do not bring a guest with you to your appointment.

​

  • No persons below the age of 18 are allowed in the studio during appointment hours.

​

  • There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive outside of that window your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.

​

  • Please do not arrive early to your appointment!

​

  • All Artists reserve the right to cancel/deny services to any persons for any reason at any time and with zero advance notice.  If you arrive to your appointment with any undisclosed reasons that deem you unfit for your scheduled appointment, if you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or if you prove to be a volatile client, you will be discharged from the practice immediately and without warning and will NOT receive a refund of any purchases or deposits made.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
