Service Description

Please be sure to read through all applicable links above to be certain you're a candidate and understand all policies, pricing models and procedure BEFORE booking your appointment. A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due at time of booking. If you have "hooded" eyelids, unfortunately you are NOT a candidate for tattooed eyeliner. If you are not certain whether or not you fall into this category, please submit clear, well-lit images of your eyes both open and shut using the contact form below BEFORE booking your appt. Initial eyeliner appointment. (Top ONLY) At this appointment a lengthy "New Client" packet will be filled out for any new clients to the practice, (re-consent forms for existing HBS clients) "before" pictures will be taken, your skin will be cleansed, and pre-numbing cream will be applied to your lash-line. (Note:  the numbing cream is not a "miracle-worker", while it does "take the edge off" there should still be an expectation of discomfort. By adhering to the appt. prep and avoiding ALL caffeinated beverages, pre-workout, stimulants, etc., you will give your artist the opportunity to finish your appointment in a timely manner. Please prepare accordingly.) Your artist will create a subtle yet saturated line through your upper eyelash line.  Please plan your day to allow for a 2.5 hour appointment.

Cancellation Policy

PMU Services: Thank You so much for booking with us!! We apologize for any inconvenience, however deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please provide no less than 48 hours advance notice for cancellations or re-scheduling. If you choose to no-call/no-show your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the total amount of the services booked.
